"Standort": - bei einer Einrichtung: der Mitgliedstaat, in dem sie ihren Sitz oder ihre Hauptverwaltung hat; - bei einem Trägerunternehmen: der Mitgliedstaat, in dem es seinen Sitz oder seine Hauptverwaltung hat, wenn es sich bei dem Trägerunternehmen um eine juristische Person, eine Zweigniederlassung oder eine Agentur handelt, oder der Mitgliedstaat, in dem sich die Hauptniederlassung befindet, wenn es sich bei dem Trägerunternehmen um eine natürliche Person handelt; - bei einer Privatperson: der Mitgliedstaat, in dem sie/er ihren/seinen Wohnsitz hat.
