The changeover from ESA 1995 to ESA 2010 may cause breaks in the data series as of October 2014. As of January 2016, alternative investment funds were included in the reporting population, this may cause breaks in the data series. Values from December 2008 onwards are based on an updated form of data collection in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 958/2007 of the ECB on statistics on the assets and liabilities of investment funds (ECB/2007/8) and its successor texts.
