Balance of payments and international investment position

The new information on Austria´s balance of payments and international investment position published in this section reflects new international statistics standards affecting balance of payments and other statistics on Austria´s external sector. These standards are laid down in the International Monetary Fund’s 6th edition of the Balance of Payments Manual (BPM6) and the European System of Accounts (ESA) 2010.
