Your application journey

Transparency, fairness and respect are at the heart of our recruitment process.

Submit your application

Apply conveniently through our online portal (Job portal). Once submitted, your application is automatically forwarded to the responsible HR business partner and the division or unit concerned.

Application review

We review every application carefully and fairly. We look not only at qualifications, but also at your individual experience, strengths and potential. If your profile matches the requirements of the position, we will invite you to an initial interview.

Interviews

Every interview process is tailored to the role. Depending on the position and circumstances, interviews may be conducted remotely or on site.

Assessment and feedback

Every application deserves careful consideration. Response times may vary depending on the role and the number of applications received.

What matters to us

A CV and cover letter tells us a great deal about your experience, but not everything. We are equally interested in what makes you unique: your ideas, your motivation and your personality.

Final decision

All applicants receive an e-mail once the recruitment process has been completed, regardless of the outcome.

Compliance

Interessenskonflikte
