Payment institutions
Payment and e-money institutions have to report balance sheet and profit and loss account data to the OeNB, as well as information on organizational requirements, nondisclosure and due diligence policies, and safeguards for payment service user funds. In addition, payment and e-money institutions must provide master data and report on their compliance with capital requirements.
Erhebung von Daten von Zahlungs- und E-Geld-Instituten zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Informationen zu den Organisatorische Anforderungen, Verschwiegenheits- und Sorgfaltspflichten und die Sicherung von Kundengeldern. Weiters werden Informationen zur Einhaltung der Eigenmittel und Stammdaten von Zahlungs- und E-Geld-Instituten erhoben.
