Comparison of forecasts
This table shows a comparison of economic forecasts released by key institutions as a rule twice a year (usually in the spring and the fall) for two-year horizons. Such forecasts are an important input for economic policymakers.
The ECB staff projections (March and September) complement the Eurosystem staff macroeconomic projetions that are produced jointly by experts from the ECB and from euro area national central banks on a biannual basis (June and December).
