Description:

This table shows the amounts and types of debt incurred by the federal government to close the deficit gap: securitized debt (transferable debt instruments) and nonsecuritized debt (debt in the form of loans); debt denominanted in euro (since the beginning of 1999; Austrian schillings up to 1998) or foreign currency (converted to euro at mid-market exchange rates at year-end).
