Fiscal indicators (Maastricht definition) – EDP notification data
This table shows data reported under the EU’s excessive deficit procedure (EDP), hence “EDP notification.” According to Council Regulation (EC) 2223/96 as amended, the EU Member States must report their general government deficit and debt levels to the European Commission at the end of March and September each year. The data in this table refer to the latest EDP notification, i.e. they do not reflect subsequent data revisions.
