Description:

This table shows transactions (= essentially purchases and sales of) in Austrian mutual fund assets in a breakdown by products, ESA sectors and regions.

The product breakdown shows: Debt securities, shares and other equity securities, mutual fund shares, property and tangible fixed assets, other assets and other liabilities.

Individual products are allocated to the following ESA sectors: Monetary financial institutions (S.121, S.122), General government (S.13), Other financial intermediaries and financial auxiliaries (S.123, S.124), Insurance corporations and pension funds (S.125), Nonfinancial corporations (S.11), Households and nonprofit institutions serving households (S.14, S.15).

The data are broken down into three regions: Domestic, Euro area excluding Austria and Extra-Euro area.
