Description:

This table shows the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP), which measures the change in prices of all goods and services purchased by urban consumers (households). Excise and sales taxes are also included. The calculation of the HICP accounts for prices of goods and services as reported on retail outlets and service providers all over the respective country.
