Eligible third-party debtors and annual financial statements

This application allows authorized users to query eligible third-party debtors and the annual financial statements received for third-party debtors, either manually or interactively via the Internet (CSV format) or automatically via web service.

Note: Due to the new legal framework for monetary policy instruments and procedures that came into force on January 1, 2007, the list of eligible third-party debtors and annual financial statements received may only be accessed by approved business partners who submit collateral and use the Austrian National Bank's (OeNB) in-house credit assessment system.

• Interactive query of eligible third-party debtors (via browser)
  Users of authorized business partners can request REFIN application rights at any time independently, quickly, and without red tape from their responsible company/application administrator. Access to this service and other OeNB applications is via the OeNB portal www.myoenb.com.
  Please note that a citizen card/mobile phone signature is required to log in.
• Automated query of eligible third-party debtors (via web service)
  The “REFIN” application offers our business partners the option of performing the three queries (annual financial statements, refinancing eligibility of companies and public entities) automatically via a web service.
